Since I started doing guided meditations at work, many clients over the years have requested I  record them. The first step towards that has happened!

Though this is a bit lower quality, it should tide everyone over until I make my way into a real studio. This first meditation guides you through the body awareness and calming breath and is a quick little 6 minute meditation to decompress your day.
